The Vinecol estate is a family winery situated in La Paz, at the eastern end of Mendoza. Vinecol has 80 hectares of vineyards and were one of the first wineries in Mendoza to certify the vineyard and winery as organic. The climate is high desert, warm summer days with cool nights, low humidity, and well drained soils. The altitude of the vineyards is at 1100 meters above sea-level and is ideal for the maturation of their organic grapes. Since their debut in 2000, Vinecol has been focused on producing clean wines with great drinkability and pure fruit, with great labels to boot.

Vinification Details
Following a careful manual harvest, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine then spent 6 months in French oak barrels to soften the tannins and add complexity.
