Step 01
Put 1x teabag in your favourite cup (each cup can be brewed up to 3 times)
Step 02
Use boiling water (100C) to extract the maximum CBDa.
Step 03
Cover (if possible) and brew for 5-20 mins to find your ideal strength, strength and flavour.
