How to make the perfect cup of tea
1) Boil freshly drawn water, the oxygen in the water brings out the true flavour of the tea.
2) Use one tea bag in a mug or cup. Alternatively, if preparing in a teapot use one tea bag per person and one for the pot.
3) Pour the freshly boiled water over the tea bag and allow to brew for 3 minutes or longer for a stronger brew.
4) Add milk and sugar if desired.
